Bit of a quiet month, I’m afraid – too busy enjoying the fruits of lady loving to blog much.
- In mercenary news… Simon ‘Fighting’ Mann got sentenced to 34 years for the Equatorial Guinea job; EQ paymaster Mark ‘Scratcher’ Thatcher got into trouble with his landlord; and Tim ‘Old’ Spicer tried to spike Craig Murray’s literary guns;
- After the successful Lakota planning application opened the doors to more gentrifying developments, the Attic, Bell and Clockwork plans all got knocked back;
- An Italian court found a number of state functionaries guilty for their part in a conspiracy of torture, abuse and mistreatment during the 2001 Genoa G8 protests;
- And on a more personal front, my Roy Of The Rovers book prize arrived! Bent, but still welcome
I shall try my darnedest to get back in my stride next month!
