G20 Police Witnesses IDed: City of London Police dog handler 'D4'

Officer D4 is another younger looking dog handler, who appears for the most part to be on the right behind the fountain. Later on he comes further forward. He looks to be in his twenties with close cropped or shaved hair, and of lean build.

D4 also appeared to be involved in the ‘dog attack’ incident on Threadneedle Street shortly before the Ian Tomlinson assault.

  1. The police have little interest in everyday crime. They are run by an elite far to cosy with goverment and into social control. Blame them for what happened, not the moron who pushed Ian over. I have written the following song in Ian’s memory.
Killer Cop Kill a Cop by Robert Cook April 2009.

    Introduction
    Am/G/Am/G/Em/Am

    Am
England swings like a pendulum do
    G
Bobbies on bicycles, two by two
    Am
Westminster Abbey, the tower of Big Ben
    G Em Am
The rosie red cheeks of the little children.

    Am G
To rah loo rah loo rah loo, Ian’s gone, what can we do?
    Am G Em Am
Too rah loo ra loo ral lay, this is the modern British way

    Am
City of London, the old square mile,
    G
Can’t see their faces or fear their smile
    Am
    Politicians talking, man just walking,
    G Em Am
Ian’s in the news, we know he’s gonna lose.

    Am
Cops at the rear, he’s feeling the fear
    G
Dogs close behind, cops are unkind
    Am
Ian looks down, he starts to frown,
    G Em Am
Heart missed a beat, danger on the street.

    Am G
To rah loo rah loo rah loo, Ian’s gone, what can we do?
    Am G Em Am
Too rah loo ra loo ral lay, this is the modern British way

    Am
Baton scores a hit, he knows he’s in the s**t.
    G
Cop squats and lunges, Ian plunges.
    Am
Lying on the ground, no help around
    G Em Am
Coppers on the street, knock him off his feet

    Am G
To rah loo rah loo rah loo, Ian’s gone, what can we do?
    Am G Em Am
Too rah loo ra loo ral lay, this is the modern British way

    Am
The uniform they gave him, knows its gonna save him
    G
    Don’t apologise, never compromise
    Am
Ian’s now departed, widow’s broken hearted,
    G Em Am
Killers on the loose, hang them with a noose,

    Am
Cops take no blame, no sense of shame
    G
Said the man was drinking, unwashed and stinking
    Am
Said he was no hero, just another zero
    G Em Am
Coppers on the scene, ain’t no Dock Green

    Am G
To rah loo rah loo rah loo, there’s nothing more for us to do,
    Am G Em Am
Too rah loo ra loo ral lay, screw the modern British way.

  2. Why do comments have to wait for mdoerastion. Why can elites do as they like and we ordinary folk have to be vetted?

  3. To prevent a deluge of spam.

Nice job on ID-ing the police. You should turn your attention to the “official narrative” of 7/7.

BTW, don’t want to worry you, but that might not be kids messing with your alarm. Make sore you have everything backed-up off-site.

  5. Thanks nuworldorder, though I’m really not into all that 7/7 conspiracy stuff.

(It was kids messing with the alarm – I saw them running off, the little shits!)

As for backing anything up, well, this project is all in the public domain, using publicly available material. Whilst the police seem to be acting as though they have something to hide, we certainly do not.

  6. interestingly anyone who points at a possible conspiracy to explain things like Princess Diana’s death or blowing up the twin towers, is automatically labelled a conspiracy theorist nutter. it’s, therefore, open season for governments to organise as many conspiracies as they like. By it’s very nature secret services are going to be conspiratorial. They are hardly going to admit to what they do. Instead of ruling out teh possibility of state conspiracies, there should be a healthy scepticism towards teyh possibility that they happen. The strange death of Dr David Kelly is a case in point. Apparently his dead body got up and moved itself.

It’s your blog and I’m just a visitor…but having pulled apart the threads of this official version, why would you accept the 7/7 “official narrative” produced by the same authorities, and with no inquiry?
Having read a huge amount of web and print literature on the UK/US governments over the last 8-9 years, I firmly believe that there is linkage between the economic collapse and the withdrawal of civil liberties. The latter being staged in preparedness for the former under any pretext. The coincidences are not credible.

  8. I was an economics student at the University of East Anglia in the early 1970s. There was a young left wing economic history lecturer who had an interesting take on Northern Ireland. From memory, I think he mentioned a senior army staff officer named Kitson. This guy had written something about low intensity operations in peace time Britain. It was suggested that the real reason for the British army becoming heavy handed in Northern Ireland- doing the reverse of peace keeping- was practice for the economic and social problems that were becoming apparent even then and were expected to be much worse in a future jobless and hopeless Britain.

I have some interesting inside information on the modern police- not that the truth isn’t self evident from their aggressive and provocative behaviour at G20. I have also worked in the City of London and know all too well what teh police are protecting. This government is very dangerous, because of what they are defending and because they are incompetent and duplicitous. I think the action of the police moron who pushed Ian Tomlinson to his death and the lies of career hungry senior officers trying to cover it all up, says it all.

Basically if the police can mistake a young tee shirt wearing Brazilian for an older coat wearing, bomb laden Asian, and get away with shooting him nine times in a packed tube carriage, then they can get away with anything. Presumably the police give opportunities to blind people when recruiting marksmen these days, as part of equal opportunities.

It was a real slap kick in the teeth of the bereaved deMendez family when the aptly named Commander of that incident got promoted. I raised this point with a senior police officer at the time. he told me he had begun his training with this woman and that she is a very nice lady and very capable.

She is certainly capable, but of what and what for. the guy who told me this is now an assistant chief constable and clearly capable too- of getting promoted. That’s the modern British police. Don’t go asking a copper the time anymore or he might just feel like pushing you over. When he’s done it, he’ll say you are a drunk, like they did about Tomlinson.

I believe the media are already smearing the woman who was hit in the face and the legs- witha batton- that she is a drug addict who has been on the dole for years. Well that, sadly, is the natural lot for a good many in this class ridden police state.
